Make sure you file is print-ready in order to avoid file preparation fees — see what file types we recommend below.

- AI or EPS
Make sure to embed all links & outline all fonts.
- IDML or INDD + Packaged Files
Make sure to export & package the files so all links & fonts are included.
- CDR (CorelDRAW X8 or earlier)
- Images (TIFF, JPG, PNG, etc.)
Make sure your file is in CMYK and the resolution is at least 300 dpi for optimal printing.
NOT RECOMMENDED:
- DOC, DOCX, PAGES, PUB, etc. (Microsoft Office/Apple)
Beginning October 1, 2023, submission of these file types will incur a file preparation fee in addition to design/layout time.
